Bottom Line:
After a work injury, it’s you against the insurance company. Without professional representation how are you going to get what you are entitled to?
We Care:
We are serious about helping people who have been hurt. Every workers’ compensation case matters to us, so we work hard for our clients. Our goal is to get you the maximum settlement or award. Compassion, caring, and the relentless pursuit of justice — these are the hard-won values of the Spiva Law Group.
Practice Philosophy
An important part of our practice philosophy is to limit the number of clients we represent at any given time. As a young man, Howard Spiva developed an appreciation for law as it pertains to people, so we represent people, not their claims. That means developing relationships, and understanding people, their needs, and their problems. That takes time.
We work with only the number of people we can give personal service to. (Please understand that in the event we cannot take your workers’ compensation claim, we will refer you to another lawyer well suited to represent you.)
We don’t let files pile up waiting for us to take action. We like to get every inquiry (or request from the insurance companies) answered within two business days of its arrival in our office. The sooner we get your claim forms completed, the sooner you get your settlement or court-ordered award. The sooner you get your settlement or award, the sooner your life will be better.
There is never a fee until we win your case. If we are unable to win your workers’ compensation case, we will not charge you for our services.
